Plan Scanning Management:

ArchiDATA has developed an expertise in converting paper plan rooms into virtual plan rooms. In order to efficiently manage this transfer, our team will:
- Classify paper plans and identify plans that need to be scanned.
- Scan paper plans in TIF format to view plans without AutoCAD.
- Enter Title Block data in ArchiDATA Solution (title of drawing, scale, name of architect, etc.).
- Archive and classify scanned plans in the Virtual Plan Room.
- Incorporate .TIF files to «.DWG» drawings and convert them to scale in order to measure surface areas and be able to annotate the plan.

Surface Area Reports |
|
|
|
|

|
|
| |
ArchiDATA specializes in the preparation of surface area reports such as BOMA 96 and et 81 for the commercial real estate sector; CAN/CSA Z317.11-02 for the Canadian health care sector; and SILC and SILU for the education sector. In order to produce these reports, ArchiDATA will:
- Do the codification in plans of the surface areas of the establishments using the appropriate standards (BOMA-96 BOMA-80, CAN/CSA Z317.11-02, SILC or SILU).
- Validate on site, if needed, the conformity of the spatial structure of the establishments (list of buildings and floors) with pictures of each building.
- Validate with a laser, if needed, the surface areas of the buildings to ensure conformity of the surface areas of the establishment.
- Produce a report with detailed surface areas by floor and by building with a hyperlink to the floor plan in the ArchiDATA system.
